Align and Flow

Align & Flow is a class that integrates a focus on alignment principals, using the breath and dynamic sequencing to find balance between the effort and the ease. With attention to detail this class provides a fluid vinyasa flow where the poses are held longer(3 to 5 breaths) with an emphasis on alignment for safe transitions and guidance into more advanced poses. The classes start with a warm up, build towards a peak pose or sequence, and bring you back down to earth for a grounding conclusion and savasana. Expect a balanced practice that incorporates the whole body leaving you with a feeling of completeness. There are options for all levels, but expect to be challenged.
