Bhakti Yin

Bhakti Yin is a gentle practice of holding postures for an extended period of time allowing for fascia to release throughout the body.  Classes incorporate opening and closing practices of mantra, storytelling, pranayama (expansion of the breath), and meditation. Classes are designed to open and relax students physically, mentally, and emotionally. Students will increase long-term flexibility, cleanse/restore the body, sharpen the mind, and find deep relaxation.
