Chi Hatha

In this class we combine 2 of my favorite styles of practice. From the ancient Taoism Chinese tradition we incorporate the art of Thai Chi. And we blend it with a style of Hatha Yoga developed in Tibet known as Diamond Heart. In both of this styles the body is understood as an Instrument through which the Life Force Energy (Chi or Prana) is flowing. When the flow of this energy  is Harmonious we are Healthy we are vibrant with Life. As the flow of Energy becomes less Harmonious we begin to experience ailments, Health complications, and diseases. The purpose of these practices is to fine tune our instruments and maintain the harmonious flow of Energy through out Life, to enhance our Healthy, or Happiness, and our overall Well-being.
