This Vinyasa Flow practice is set to music in a heated room.
This challenging yet accessible style of yoga links breath and movement through a nimble sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Vinyasa classes are best if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic yoga postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat. Depending on the level, sequencing and music will vary with each instructors philosophy and in general is a perfect balance of strength and grace… optimal for physical, spiritual and emotional growth.
Please bring a towel and water and be prepared to sweat!
