Group meditation is an opportunity to learn and practice simple breath focus meditation with a friendly group of like minded people. It's an amazing way to slow down at the end of the week and bring more peace into your life. The class begins with some very gentle stretching and movement to warmup the body to be comfortable in any meditative position you chose. A 30 minute meditation is followed by the invitation to share your experience and ask any questions that you may have. This meditation style is perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
