Restorative Yoga/Nidra

This restorative yoga class will consist of holding passive postures for an extended period of time, using different props to support the body allowing you to let go of any tension.  This restorative practice gives the body remarkable effects in tension reduction, unwinding and relaxing and de-stressing.

Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation allows you to master how to relax and experience the life changing results of bringing your being into balance on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually - guiding you into a yogic sleep like state with a trace of awareness.

This class is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced students, regardless of age, flexibility or strength.
