Slow Flow + Meditation

We will begin class with a slow flow, to mindfully begin moving the energy within and warming up our muscles and lubricating our major joints. We will move our physical bodies for roughly 35-40 minutes. We will follow this sweet deliberate sequence with a seated meditation. This is the ideal time to sit in meditation. We have moved our bodies and now our energy is in an ideal place to sit and pause for just a few minutes.
The entire body, the energetic, the emotional and physical are a perfect reflection of our beliefs, thoughts and view about our self. It is the physical manifestation of our inner beliefs about who we are. How cool!
During this class you can expect to gently move your body, restore and replenish from within during seated meditation and end class with a traditional savasana.
