Vinyasa Flow

Our goal in this style of practice is to allow ourselves to get lost in the flow of Breath & movement. This class goes through a very similar series of movements and poses every time, so that students can regularly practice and eventually not need to THINK their way through the practice, but rather to FEEL their way through and stay in the Flow of the present breath and moment. It is in this state of Flow that the practitioner will benefit and grow the most from their practice. In this class we often will talk about the effects of Judgement and how it hinders our ability to maintain this Healthy state of Flow.
