Vinyasa Flow

This Vinyasa class is focused on maintaining a simple, steady, and strengthening flow between breath & movement. Our goal is to spend time with the breath in a rhythm that allows us to move fluidly and transition comfortably from pose to pose. While this class is meant to challenge us it is not designed to be strenuous, all are welcome to practice and find a range of effort that allows them to move harmoniously in their own breath & body. All true styles of “Yoga” or “Union” are designed for healing purposes, and One’s own health (as in well-being) is the reason we come to the mat. This practice is designed to help us achieve greater States of Health in a fun, holistic, and judgment free environment. Come flow with us.
