This is a rare and wonderful opportunity to study Yoga with the man who brought Ashtanga out of India.

Complete Ashtanga Yoga Pranayama and led Primary Series with David Williams, the first non-Indian to learn the entire Ashtanga Yoga system of asanas directly from K. Pattabhi Jois and Manju Jois and one of the few people certified to teach the Ashtanga Yoga pranayama.

David's aim is to help each individual experience the most enjoyable, energizing yoga practice possible. The person most likely to practice tomorrow is the one who enjoys his/her practice the most today. Doing asanas and pranayama with David will enable one to develop a practice that one can continue enjoying for life. David's goal is for each student to leave class feeling better than when he/she arrived, totally relaxed, but energized.  Yoga should relieve pain, not become a new source of suffering. After more than 45 years of uninterrupted daily yoga practice, David's first rule is, "If it hurts, you are doing it wrong!"

Our events and workshops are offered on a donation basis, "first come, first served". However, for some large events we need  to ensure people who travel to the event that they can be guarenteed a seat. In order to insure a reserved spot for this event, we have allowed attendees to pre-pay for the event for a guarenteed spot, the remaining spaces will be available on a donation basis, first come first served.
