I believe in the limitless benefits and endless growth from the practice of yoga. I first found yoga many years ago to survive my own major life transition. It started as my sanctuary, giving me space to cope. Eventually came some clarity but with time it has become my place for understanding and discovery. It continues to challenge me, influencing my body, mind, and spirit as I navigate through this life. As a yoga instructor, I strive to create this space and environment for each and every one of you. In our space allow yourself to withdraw your senses, come inward, and get lost in the moving meditation. Whatever brings you to your mat is the right reason. With your body as your guide, I encourage you to express yourself as I lead you through pranayama and asanas.
