Angela Fields

Angela Fields has been studying different forms of movement and the body as long as she can remember. As a youth it was dance, and in the more recent years her focus has been yoga, anatomy, nutrition, breath work, and holistic health coaching.

She completed her 200hr Teacher Training with Joy Morrell of Nelson, B.C. The training was Hatha based with a deep focus on Yin and Therapeutics and alignment. She since has attended Paul and Suzee Grilley’s Yin workshop, and intends to pass on the art of Yin to as many people as she can reach in this lifetime.

Angela’s journey of professionally pursuing Holistic Health came about after a work injury while working in the Service Industry. With a lot of free time on her hands (pun intended as it entailed surgery on her thumb), she began studying with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition based out of New York. In January of 2017, upon completion of their course, she stepped into the official position of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Using this Holistic philosophy means that she works with students and clients to identify what they personally need to achieve balance, and they’re goals in all areas of life.

Angela wishes to share her knowledge with anyone who wants it! She believes that the best thing she can offer is helping others to help themselves. She is so thrilled to have joined Yoga on Yamhill, because the philosophy is completely in alignment with her hopes and dreams. Join her in class to dive into all sorts of exercises and tools to continue down your own path of health, healing, movement, and fun!
