I love to connect with people on a deeper level, and Yoga has been a great way to do so. I teach Vinyasa classes for all levels, focusing on breath and alignment to keep us centered and safe. Safe movements protect the longevity of our structure as we age and counter wear-and-tear in our bodies.

I received my RYT200-hour training through Yoga Medicine, and am currently pursuing my RYT500-hour certification. While starting yoga during my teenage years the practice of yoga really brought me to my center, it taught me important life skills such as; discipline, patience, mindfulness, and love. Love for myself and my health and as a teacher now for all who practice with me. I continue to study and reflect on all that is Yoga and make it my mission to learn and share what is special and meaningful.

I spent the last three years of my life teaching yoga on the Maldivian islands in the Indian ocean where I taught women’s only classes within the Muslim community. Living and growing in Eastern society has given me a love for the collectivistic worldview and the importance and value of true and loyal community. I will bring my honest and spirited self to each and every class in hopes to inspire and bring together a group that can thrive as individuals and bring love in to the communities around us.
Let’s connect in class!
