Melina Barry

Yoga is a gift I found early in life as a means to move the body and calm the mind. My training began with self study, attending weekly yoga classes and then quickly developed into a great desire to share the benefits I was experiencing with others. I earned my 300 hour Power Yoga certification in 2018 and am beyond stoked to be able to join the Yoga on Yamhill community. My classes offer connection to movement and breath as well as providing a deeper awareness of the body and mind through breath work, meditation and  asanas. I love bringing inspiration and positive affirmations to every class in hopes of giving you the most blissful yoga experience possible. I look forward to connecting and guiding you through your yoga practice!
