I first found yoga during the pandemic—a time when the world felt more disconnected than ever. Yoga helped me build a stronger union with my body, mind, and the universe around me. In 2024, I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Hatha Yoga and meditation in Kerala, India. My teaching style focuses on blending traditional practices with the rhythms of modern life in an approachable and playful way. For me, yoga is a daily act of discovery and awareness of yourself and the world around you—on and off the mat. Whether you're looking to slow down, warm up, stretch out, or simply breathe, I’m here to accompany you on your journey. Outside of yoga, I’m also an artist and designer. Other services I perform include handmade pasta, riding my bike, diving into Wikipedia rabbit holes, or dancing to disco music :)
