Glen Bristow

I first became interested in the idea of yoga as a teenager, but it wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I was able to take my first yoga class. After that, I attended yoga classes in fits and starts, off and on, twelve days in a row then nothing for years on end. It took a couple more decades to find the space in my life and mind to begin practicing in earnest. In 2021 I committed to taking a few classes per week, and have been growing and refining my practice ever since. I hold a “200 Hour” yoga teacher certificate, with additional certificates in Pranayama (traditional yogic breathwork) and Essentials of Ayurveda (yoga’s “sister science”). My goal and promise as a yoga instructor is to help my fellow yoga students sift through the nearly infinite opportunities that yoga offers to find the practices, tools, and mindsets that empower them to embrace their birthrights of contentment, peace, and joy.
