Join us for Alicia's Hatha Flow yoga class, where we focus on short breathing exercises (pranayama) and a blend of active and receptive poses (asanas), appropriate for anyone regardless of their perceived limitations. This class will build strength and flexibility and increase your ability to focus, observe, be present, and relax.
