Double Certified Yoga Teacher with a main interest that began with alignment and the physical benefits, as well as a special focus toward emotional and spiritual support for those with injuries, medical challenges, and pain. I see Yoga as a gift, and through continued study of asana, yogic philosophy, meditation, and breathwork, I have now incorporated these in light and open-hearted classes with the aim that students also feel a "oneness" in body and mind.

This 90-minute class will be restorative yoga with reiki (you can choose not to receive the reiki) for people who identify as a person in recovery.
